Vegetable Momos

Vegetable momo is a type of dumpling with some kind of stuffing. Though it’s a traditional delicacy in Nepal and Tibet, it is becoming very popular in India and other parts of the world. This recipe describes a very basic vegetable version of momos. It tastes best with the red momo chutney.
