Who doesn’t like ice cream?! Vanilla being ‘Vanilla’ 😉 goes very well with a variety of toppings. Try out this creamy and smooth Vanilla ice cream which tastes just like the store bought one!
Vanilla Ice Cream
- ½ Cup whipping cream I have used non dairy cream
- 1/8 Cup milk + ½ cup milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ Cup condensed milk
- ¼ Cup powdered sugar
Take 1/2 cup whipping cream and whip it till you get stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup condensed milk and 1/8 cup milk and beat it for a min using an electric beater.
Pour this condensed milk mix to the whipped cream and give a gentle mix.
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence to the cream and mix it with the cream.
Add 1/2 cup milk little at a time and keep mixing it with the cream.
Now, in goes 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Give it a mix and your ice cream mix is ready.
Pour this mix in an air tight container and give it a tap to remove any air bubbles.
Refrigerate this ice cream in your deep freezer or freezer section of your refrigerator for at least 8-10 hours.
Once set, it is ready to be served the way you like it. Enjoy!
