An easy Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe for you all using ‘Parle G’ biscuits. This can be used as base for any type of chocolate cake. Use your imagination to with chocolate ganache or frosting to make a perfect cake for that party.
Eggless Chocolate Cake Using Parle G Biscuits
- 2 Packets of Parle G biscuits 70 gm each
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- ¼ Tsp vanilla essence
- Milk as required to make batter
- ¾ Cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 Tsp baking powder
Take 2 small packets of Parle G biscuits (70 gm each) and make a fine powder of these biscuits using a mixer grinder.
Add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla essence. Mix this well.
Add milk little at a time to get the desired consistency of the cake batter.
Melt 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cake batter. Mix the batter and melted chocolate well.
Take a mold, line it with butter paper and grease with some oil.
Add 1 tsp baking powder and gently fold it into the batter.
Pour the batter into the mold and tap the mold on the work top to remove any air bubbles.
Bake this cake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 min.
Take it out of the oven once it is done. You can check the readiness of the cake by inserting a knife in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. Let the cake cool and then run a knife along the edges and take out the cake.
Cut it in to slices and serve it with a cup of tea or have it just like that. Enjoy!
