This ajwain flavored chicken lollipop is different than usual chicken lollipop. Made on Tawa with a hint of Ajwain and Indian spices, these lollipops are sure to make you crave for more !
Ajwain Flavoured Chicken Lollypop
- ½ Kg chicken lollipops
- 3 Tbsp powered roasted chana daal
- 1 Tsp carom seeds/ajwain
- 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 Tbsp turmeric powder
- ½ Tbsp garam masala
- 2 Tsp red chili powder
- 2 Tbsp curd
- Salt to taste
Take 1/2 kg chicken lollipop pieces in a bowl and add 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp carom (Ajwain) seeds, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp roasted chana daal finely powdered, 2 tbsp curd and some salt to taste. Give this a good mix so that each chicken piece gets a nice coat of masala.
Let this chicken marinate for 30 min.
Once marinated, heat a skillet/tawa and add some oil.
Cook chicken pieces they become golden brown in color.
Chicken lollipops are now ready to be served with your choice of dip/chutney. Enjoy!
